Upcoming Spring Chakra Yoga Series

I'm thrilled to invite you on an eight week journey through the chakras! Through this yoga series we will focus on connecting more deeply with each individual chakra, what that chakra means to us, and how we can utilize it in our daily lives.  Each week we will explore one chakra, beginning first with the muladhara (the root or base chakra).  We will be practicing specific yoga postures and breathing exercises that will help to heal, balance and strengthen the seven major chakras, one per week. One chakra a week will give you the opportunity to connect with it during the week in between sessions. The eighth class is the chakra balancing sequence which takes everything we learned in the previous seven weeks and combines it all into one class.
