Bodywork that's more than skin deep

Massage therapy is just one part of a healing regimen. Yoga or daily stretching and breathing exercises are key elements in preventing injury, reducing stress and maintaining overall health. They extend the benefits of massage treatments! A balanced diet, exercise, plenty of water and laughter are also important aspects in a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you for the extensive information on the chakras. Would you ever consider using music or natural sounds rather than synthesized sound to accompany the meditations? Would it be possible to include the Sanskrit version of the mantras?

Yes, I prefer natural sounds but any music that feels good and resonates with you is perfect.

I'll try to get Sanskrit mantras up for each chakra soon. Thank you.
