Bodywork that's more than skin deep

Massage therapy is just one part of a healing regimen. Yoga or daily stretching and breathing exercises are key elements in preventing injury, reducing stress and maintaining overall health. They extend the benefits of massage treatments! A balanced diet, exercise, plenty of water and laughter are also important aspects in a healthy lifestyle.

Grand Opening June 2nd and Thai Massage Update

The big news is that I'm moving my practice to SE 60th and Stark. The brand new holistic clinic, Vital Health and Wellness, is located in the Mt Tabor Neighborhood. The services here include Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Naturopathic medicine, Nutritional Therapy and massage.

I'm excited to announce the grand opening is this coming Monday, June 2nd! I'm ready to start filling my appointment book again so I'd like to offer you $20 off your massage treatments for the month of June!

In March, I completed a 60 hour intensive study at the Sunshine Massage School, a Traditional Thai Yoga massage institution in Chiang Mai, Thailand. May 12th-16th, I concluded an additional 40 hours of study at the Naga Center, a Thai massage school right here in Portland. Both schools offered amazingly well-informed training in the ancient healing art of Traditional Thai massage.

After 100 hours of study, I'm happy to announce that I'm now adding Thai massage to my palette of bodywork treatments. This ancient healing art is a deep, intensive, massage that combines yogic stretching, acupressure and manual bodywork, which leaves you feeling limber, relaxed and energized.

If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment please contact me.

May you be well and happy.
